6. Social Media Integrations

6.1 Supported Platforms

YourStoriesLive™ allows you to connect third-party social media accounts — including Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest — to import photos and media into your personal timeline. This connection is entirely optional and requires your explicit authorization.

6.2 What We Access

Your profile name and profile photo (for account identification only)
Photos and media files you explicitly select for import

We request only the minimum permissions required to provide the import feature.

6.3 What We Do Not Do

Access your contacts, friend lists, followers, or private messages
Post to your social media accounts on your behalf
Share or transfer your social media data to any third party
Use your social media data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond your timeline

6.4 How Social Platform Data Is Stored

Stored only within your YourStoriesLive™ account
Accessible only to you and those you explicitly authorize
Permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion or platform disconnection
Governed by both this Privacy Policy and the privacy policies of the respective platform

6.5 Disconnecting Social Accounts

You may disconnect any connected social media account at any time from your account Settings. Upon disconnection, we will cease importing new data. Previously imported content remains in your timeline until you choose to delete it. You may also revoke access directly through the social platform's own privacy or app settings.

6.6 Platform Developer Policies

Our use of data obtained from Facebook and Instagram complies with Meta's Platform Terms. Our use of Pinterest data complies with Pinterest's Developer Policy. We do not use platform data in ways inconsistent with those policies.

7. Data Retention

For as long as your account remains active
As necessary to fulfill scheduled deliveries and contractual obligations
As required by applicable law
Regular security reviews

Upon account deletion, all uploaded and imported media — including content imported from social platforms — is permanently deleted within 30 days. Content associated with pending scheduled deliveries will be handled per your prior delivery instructions.

9. Administrator & Beneficiary Access

Administrators and Beneficiaries may access your content only as permitted by your account settings and subject to identity verification. Their access is governed by your configured permissions and this Privacy Policy.

10. International Transfers

Data may be stored or processed in the United States or other countries where YourStoriesLive™ operates or uses service providers. By using the platform, you consent to the transfer of your data to these locations.

11. Children's Privacy

YourStoriesLive™ is not intended for accounts registered directly by individuals under 18 years of age without the involvement of a parent, guardian, or designated Administrator. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without appropriate authorization.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use of the platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
